The leaves and bark of the willow tree have been used as a medicine for millennia.

As long as I can remember I have been interested in the natural healing plants around us, country walks with my grandfather taught me a lot about our native Flora and Fauna from a very early age.

My dream started when I was lucky enough to be able to study Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine in London and Brighton

I then went on to Locum Practice in Chichester at The Chichester Natural Health Clinic and became the Saturday Herbalist in the Medicine Garden in Emsworth 

 

I am a  qualified Chrysalis Effect Referral Practitioner enabling me to offer the best possible help and service to Sufferers of ME, CFS and Fibromyalgia and help support you to full recovery.
